National Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)Thrombus Treatment Center of P.C.R lies in 49 Xuesong Road，Sujiatun District，Shenyang City，Liaoning Province，China． It is namely Liaoning Thrombus Treatment Center of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine．The hospital is a thrombus treatment center which approved by National TCM Authority of P.C.R．It’s construction is according to class A, Grade three hospital scale．It is a national TCM hospital playing exemplary role, the important special hospital of Liaoning province，a teaching hospital of Liaoning  University of TCM．The hospital sets up Shenyang Thrombus Disease Institute, National 3rd-Level Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmacological Laboratory and National Second-Level Laboratory of  Angiobiology．

National TCM Thrombus Treatment Center of P.C.R was built in Dec.1988．The hospital covers an area of 21000 square meters，the architecture area is 25000 square meters．The hospital has 300 beds．Number of outpatients per year can reach 270000 persons and per day approaches 1000 persons，number of  inpatients per year is more than 6000 persons．The hospital establishes 27 clinical departments and 2 pharmaceutical rooms．The total  value of medical equipment reaches 50 millions yuan．The hospital has many large-scale instruments for diagnosis，treatment and science research such as DSA operator system made in Japan，fully open MRI made in GE medical system Co.,Ltd of America，Somatom sensation 16 CT and AR-SP CT operator system made in SIEMENS Co.,Ltd of German，HDI-3000 color ultrasound Doppler made in ATL medical system Co.,Ltd of America，blood purification system made in Japan，AKTA explorer system made in Sweden，800mA X-ray operator system made in GE medical system Co.,Ltd of America etc．Since its foundation，its unique feature formed the tremendous magnetic effect．Because it emphasizes the individuation treatment，prominents characteristic of TCM　and integrates with the western medicine，the curative effect is outstanding．It has received a lot of patients coming from more than 20 provinces and 200 cities and districts and abroad such as Korea, Russia, Malaysia，Taiwan and Hongkong etc．The hospital has been persisting in the running policy of developing both the medical treatment and research．It also has been persisting in vitalizing the hospital by using science and technology．It researched and concocted such 14 kinds of medicines for treating cerebrovascular disease，cardiovascular disease and peripheral vascular disease as Fulong Pill for Antithrombogenesis, Fulong Capsule for Antithrombogenesis，Tongmai capsule，Fulong Jindan etc．Fulong Pill for Antithrombogenesis which is awarded the national patent certificate  and now to the capsule type has found favor in patients’eyes all along．It has become the first choice of treating thrombus disease．The hospital has been awarded the government prize of national，province and city such as the Golden Prize at the 9^th Inventions Exhibition and the Golden Cup Prize of China Excellent Invention Result．In Nov.2001，Fulong Pill for Antithrombogenesis was awarded the Golden Prize at the 50^th World Eurika Exhibition in Brussuel, the capital of Belgium．

     The development is an important idea．Interventional radiology treatment containing higher science and technology opens a green tunnel for critical patients．On the base of  TCM therapy，stem cell and gene therapy has become the new pursue of the hospital development．
